Haven't updated this page in a while

WOW.   It's been a while since I posted on this site.  Just to give an update I have had a couple of injuries since my last posting.  I did go to physical therapy (PT) for knee bursitis and when I was completing my PT I injured my peronues longus which took about six weeks of recovery time :(.  I have been strength training any I've been back for a couple of month.  Things have been going well.  I will remember to keep posting.
